Legal Practice

Ms. Boote focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law. Her legal experience includes working as a law clerk in Hennepin County Family Court before she became an associate attorney at Butler, Huson & Allen, P.A. Ms. Boote's general approach to a case is to assist clients to resolve disputes without the necessity of a judicial decision, however, she recognizes that not all matters can settle and is a strong advocate for clients in the courtroom. As a parent, she understands the importance of a parent - child relationship and will fight for a parent's rights. When advising clients regarding the resolution of a case she is realistic and relies on her background as a Hennepin County Family Court Law Clerk to inform a client how she believes a judicial officer would decide the case. Ms. Boote is experienced in the areas of marriage dissolution, child custody, child support, parenting time, paternity, and domestic abuse.
