Aaron R. Smith

Since becoming a member of Butler, Huson & Allen, P.A. in October 2007, Aaron R. Smith has assisted attorneys in most phases of dissolution, custody, and paternity matters. He is well educated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and a paralegal certificate from Inver Hills Community College. This education enhances his ability to handle some of the most sensitive issues, challenges, and limitations of our clients; as well as, competently analyzing our clients' financial status and drafting pleadings and correspondence within the area of family law. Aaron is a parent himself and has a vast understanding of what is in the best interest of a child as it relates to custody, parenting time and child support.
